You may run, jog or play sports; it doesn’t matter what physical activity you engage in. The main idea is to do it regularly. You must give your body time to remember, to develop muscle memory. Running once or twice every after long periods isn’t going to cut it. Training your body to become healthy takes time. Make it a routine.
Have A Healthy Diet
When you’re young, you believe you’ve got a license to eat as much as you want of anything, e.g., burgers, steaks, ham, bacon and the likes. You’re not considering about how many calories are being lodged into your arteries or bothered about heart failure or diabetes or kidney failure. But you should be. Start eating healthy to get more enjoyment, more energy, more time, out of your life.

Being healthy doesn’t end when you’re feeling healthy. Get yourself into the hospital, or see a physician for regular checkups.
Sleep grants you energy.Sleeping normal hours assists you in staying healthy. So don’t compromise on your sleep.and if you have to, make sure you always compensate for those sleepless nights. After all, you can focus more and have better attention at work after a good night’s sleep than if you haven’t slept well.

Stress is a regular part of our professional and personal life. The trick in tackling stress, is not to let it dominate you. Find methods to alleviate the stress or reduce it. If you think it’s your job or someone is causing you undue stress, then maybe it’s time to search for a new job or a new approach to deal with that person.
