Dedicated
by His Partner, Police Officer Miller
A gift from Vice Mayor, Pauline
Clancy, and the City of Vacaville to Police Officer, John Miller,
in memory of his K9 Officer partner, Panto vom Bonnenbroicher.
Officer Miller donated Panto's
memorial to the dog park in recognition of all police service
dogs that have served the community.
The plaque which rests above
Panto's memorial, a golden fire hydrant.
